Africa SACCO Regulatory Roundtable
Event Description:
The ACCOSCA Africa SACCO Regulators Roundtable provides a high-level continental platform for financial cooperative regulators, policymakers and supervisory authorities to advance regulatory harmonization, strengthen prudential oversight, address emerging financial sector risks and promote sound governance across Africa’s SACCO and credit union movement. Through strategic policy dialogue, peer learning and cross-border collaboration, the Roundtable seeks to translate regulatory insights into practical reforms that enhance institutional resilience, protect members’ savings and strengthen public confidence. ACCOSCA calls upon Africa’s cooperative regulators and policymakers to take their place at this strategic gathering and contribute to shaping a more secure, inclusive and sustainable financial cooperative sector for generations to come.
