The ACCOSCA Learn and Share Initiative in Poland, offers African SACCO and credit union leaders an exceptional opportunity to explore Poland’s cooperative financial sector and gain firsthand insights into its approaches to institutional governance. Through institutional visits, peer-to-peer exchanges and strategic engagements with Polish cooperative stakeholders, the African delegation will explore practical lessons in cooperative banking, digital financial services, risk management, deposit protection and institutional sustainability. The initiative seeks to translate international experiences into actionable strategies that strengthen Africa’s financial cooperatives, foster cross-continental partnerships and accelerate financial inclusion, institutional resilience and sustainable socioeconomic development across the continent.
