Cooperative Citizens Certification Cohort

Join ACCOSCA’s Cooperative Citizens Certification Programme, a specialized professional development initiative designed for SACCO and credit union Board Members who do not serve as Board Chairpersons or Chief Executive Officers. The programme provides a dedicated platform for board directors to strengthen their understanding of cooperative governance, fiduciary responsibilities, strategic oversight, regulatory compliance and effective institutional decision-making. Through practical learning, peer engagement and exposure to emerging industry best practices, participants acquire the competencies necessary to exercise informed oversight, uphold accountability and contribute meaningfully to institutional sustainability.
