Africa Development Educators (Cohort 1)
Event Description:
The Africa Development Educators (ADE) Programme, ACCOSCA’s flagship leadership development and professional certification initiative, is a premier platform for strengthening the technical competencies, strategic leadership capabilities and institutional governance of SACCO and credit union professionals across Africa. Grounded in cooperative values, global best practices and experiential learning, the programme equips participants with the knowledge, practical skills and innovative perspectives necessary to address emerging challenges, champion financial inclusion and drive sustainable institutional transformation. Beyond professional certification, ADE challenges graduates to translate acquired knowledge into measurable socioeconomic impact through transformative initiatives that empower communities, strengthen cooperative institutions and advance shared prosperity across Africa and beyond.
