Africa Development Educators (Cohort 2)

The Africa Development Educators (ADE) Programme is ACCOSCA’s flagship professional development and certification initiative, advancing institutional excellence and sustainable cooperative development across Africa. With over 1,600 graduates from 46 countries, the programme has established a significant continental footprint, strengthening the technical capacity of SACCO and credit union professionals, fostering cross-border collaboration and promoting the exchange of global best practices. Through an intensive and immersive learning experience, ADE equips participants with practical competencies and innovative approaches to address emerging industry challenges, strengthen cooperative institutions and expand financial inclusion. Beyond certification, graduates translate acquired knowledge into tangible socioeconomic impact through community-driven initiatives in education, health, financial empowerment and environmental sustainability. ADE represents a growing continental network of change-makers committed to building resilient cooperative institutions, empowering communities and advancing inclusive growth and shared prosperity across Africa and beyond.
