It is essential for SACCOs/Credit Unions to embrace continuous education in order to maintain professionalism in service delivery. As such, ACCOSCA is continuously investing in the training needs of Board Members, Management and staff of SACCOs and stakeholder institutions across the continent of Africa.
The goal is to equip trainees with desired knowledge and skills to execute their mandate of transforming lives through the cooperative business model.
ACCOSCA’s training and education activities are developed and contextualized to fit regional needs, given the need to incorporate each regional bloc’s cultural and economic dynamics.

ACCOSCA is dedicated to assisting and training SACCO members and financial institutions with valuable skills that help steer growth through proper financial planning and investment.
. ACCOSCA works with the National Associations to advise, guide and provide insight to SACCOs and their members, through the various training and education programs, on how they can build their wealth through prudent saving and investment habits.
The services provided here include budget development, preparation of a business plan/strategy development, basic accounting training and financial due diligence.
