Under the umbrella of the Africa Cooperative Development Foundation (ACDF); the philanthropic arm of ACCOSCA, we are excited to launch the ACCOSCA Academy centers of Excellence, the first of its kind in Africa.

The Academy offers an immersive and experiential learning with that aim of enhancing the professionalism and competencies needed to effectively run sustainable cooperative institutions in Africa.

The ACCOSCA Academy was conceptualized with a vision to enhance skills and competencies at all levels, inculcate professionalism and encourage leaders within the cooperative sector to embrace good governance principles, financial education and wellness and operate in regulatory compliant environments.

Encouraging Innovation

Essentially, ACCOSCA Academy will be a place where innovation is encouraged and will play a complementary role to the training efforts by National Associations of member countries.
