The ACCOSCA Academy
Under the umbrella of the Africa Cooperative Development Foundation (ACDF); the philanthropic arm of the institution, ACCOSCA is excited to launch the ACCOSCA Academy (the official launch coming up in October this year), the first of its kind in Africa. The Academy will offer hybrid training programs in key areas including Governance and Leadership, Regulation and Compliance, and Financial Education with the aim of enhancing the professionalism and competencies needed to effectively run sustainable cooperative institutions in Africa.

The ACCOSCA Academy was conceptualized with a vision to enhance skills and competencies at all levels, inculcate professionalism and encourage leaders within the cooperative sector to embrace good governance principles, financial education, and wellness and operate in regulatory compliant environments. Essentially, ACCOSCA Academy will be a place where innovation is encouraged. The Academy will play a complementary role to the training efforts by National Associations of member countries.
