Micro-Business Game Experiential Training

𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐂𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. In close collaboration with our strategic partners German Sparkassenstiftung Eastern Africa, ACCOSCA rolled out a 3-day Micro-Business Game experiential training for Wevarsity SACCO in Kenya to develop entrepreneurial competencies and skills, start-up knowledge, business planning, financial literacy, and managerial skills. The training seeks not only to strengthen the capacity and desire of more individuals to start their enterprises but also to develop an entrepreneurial culture in society. This is a highly interactive training for SACCO members aimed at empowering Africa’s Underserved Communities by helping them identify business opportunities, innovate, and navigate the challenges of starting and managing their business ventures. The game follows an illustrative and effective practical learning approach which enables participants to easily understand business processes and get accustomed to the necessary skills
