Seattle Learn and Share Initiative

The African Confederation of Cooperative Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA) in conjunction with CU-Difference, and in collaboration with local credit unions in Seattle, formally invites you to participate in the 2024 Learn and Share Credit Union Tour to America. Our date of arrival in the USA is July 12 and we depart on 19th July 2024. While in the US, you will visit the Go West Credit Union Association and share and learn from 4 to 5 Credit Unions. You will also have the opportunity to meet local politicians and take a tour of the capital with the Lieutenant Governor.
The topics that credit unions will share with you will include how credit unions enhance member experience, cyber security, improving the relationship between Board and Management and the role of credit unions in building strong communities. The program is intended to expose Credit union leaders to first-hand strategies, perspectives, and experiences relevant to the shared challenges facing the industry thereby promoting the adoption of best practices, prioritizing opportunities for improvement, and enhancing performance relative to member expectations.
